Antares Capital LP, a private debt credit manager, has appointed Kym Anglin as VP Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Hanold Associates‘ partners Katrina Prospero and Sandra Peña led the search for this Chicago based role.
With approximately $30.8 billion of capital under management and administration, Antares is a private debt credit manager and leading provider of financial solutions for private-equity backed transactions in the middle market. Headquartered in Chicago, the company also maintains offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto for its 375 employees.
Previously, Kym had a progressive career with Beam Suntory before joining eFinancial as the Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Talent, where she worked to build a connection between diversity and workforce planning. At Antares Capital, Kym will report to Chief HR Officer, Tracy Raben, and will develop and operationalize the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
