Affinitiv Appoints Chief People Officer From Search Led by Hanold Associates

Affinitiv has appointed Tushar Pandit as Chief People Officer. Mr. Pandit will be based at the Affinitiv headquarters in Chicago. Kile Hanold and Lisa Butkus led the search.

Mr. Pandit was previously Vice President, People with Bedrock Detroit.

As Chief People Office with Affinitiv, Mr. Pandit will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Adam Meier, and act as the  key leader for all aspects of Human Resources (HR) throughout the Affinitiv organization. He will be tasked with developing and refining HR strategies to support the employees and the greater organization and serve as a key partner to the executive leadership team at Affinitiv, formulating and implementing strategies to best support the growth of the business.
