Accord Financial appointed Cathy Osborne as their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based in Chicago. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Pena and Sonia Nagra led the search.
Cathy Osborne joins Accord Financial from Leopardo Construction Company where she was the Vice President, Human Resources. At Accord, Ms. Osborne will report directly to President and CEO of Accord Financial, Simon Hitzig, who sits in Toronto. As Accord continues through a period of rapid growth, she will lead all HR functions, shape the culture and develop HR infrastructure as well as serve as a key member of the leadership team.
