Mauser Packaging Solutions, a global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle, has appointed Julie Fiszer as Director, Talent Management. Hanold Associates‘ partners Katrina Prospero and Sandra Peña led the search for this Chicago based role.

Prior to joining Mauser, Julie spent more than 8 years at Rust-Oleum, leading talent acquisition and corporate giving for a population of 2,400 employees in 14 locations. At Mauser, Julie will report to CHRO Bruno Couteille as she oversees recruiting and talent strategies for the company’s North American business.
