Hanold Associates has launched the Head of Human Resources (HR) search for Synergy Flavors. Ashley Schiele and Katie Wolf lead the search for the role located in Wauconda, Illinois.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of HR is responsible for all HR activities in the company’s parent and subsidiary companies. They are responsible for providing HR expertise and support to multiple locations and assisting in the implementation of group-wide programs and initiatives. The Head of HR will leverage existing processes/frameworks while also partnering with the company’s senior leadership team to develop enterprise-wide talent management, leadership development, succession management and talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
The Head of HR will ensure Synergy has the right people, structure and processes to scale the business while also driving and protecting Synergy’s team-oriented, entrepreneurial culture. This position will interact with all levels of the organization and will also work closely with their global counterparts at Synergy’s parent company, Carbery, to develop global HR initiatives spanning across both organizations.
