Pella Appoints Chief HR Officer From Search Led by Hanold Associates

Pella has appointed John Bollman as Chief Human Resources Officer based in Pella, Iowa. Hanold Associates’ Managing Partner, Jason Hanold, led the search.

John Bollman comes to Pella from Cooper Tire & Rubber Company where he was the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Bollman will report to Pella CEO, Tim Nagi, and oversee all facets of Human Resources strategy and execution.
